Basketball Recap: Dayton Comes Up Short

On Saturday, the Dayton Greendevils lost to the Boone County Rebels on the road by a 66-50 margin.

Dayton has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost 15 of their last 18 games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 5-21 record this season. As for Boone County, the win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 5-20.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dayton will square off against Newport Central Catholic at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Boone County, they will challenge Pendleton County at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
