Softball Recap: Lancaster Takes a Loss

After flying high against Westmoreland last Thursday, Lancaster came back down to earth. The Red Devils lost 6-0 to the Rappahannock Raiders on Tuesday. The match marked the first time this year in which the Red Devils were not able to get on the board.

Lancaster's defeat dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Rappahannock, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-3.

While Lancaster had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
