Volleyball Recap: Wesleyan Extends Winning Streak to Three

Wesleyan entered their tilt with Chamblee on Thursday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Bulldogs. The Wolves have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bulldogs, too.

Emma Jane Gillis paced Wesleyan's offense, picking up nine kills. Gillis got some help from Caroline Stickney and her 13 assists.

Wesleyan's win bumped their record up to 8-5. As for Chamblee, they moved to 8-12 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

After both having extra time off, Wesleyan and Brookwood will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Chamblee, they have already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Northview on the 28th.
