Basketball Recap: Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart Victorious

It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They slipped by the Miami Christian Victors 55-54. This was payback for the Cyclones, who suffered a 72-52 loss the last time these two teams met.

Miami Christian lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Maria De Gracia, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 13 boards. What's more, De Gracia also racked up four blocks, the most she's had since back in November of 2024. Isabella Aversa was another key player, putting up 14 points along with seven rebounds and four steals.
