Winters and Durham are an even 5-5 against one another since March of 2023, but likely not for long. The Warriors are taking a road trip to challenge the Trojans at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams are coming into the matchup red-hot, with Winters sitting on three straight victories and Durham on nine.

On Wednesday, Winters made easy work of Paradise and carried off a 15-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won nine contests by nine runs or more so far this season.

For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Durham and East Nicolaus meet (six straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Wednesday. The Trojans had just enough and edged out the Spartans 7-6. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Trojans have posted against the Spartans since May 21, 2022.

The team relied heavily on LANDON LYNCH, who went 1-for-4 with one home run and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of JACK DRAKE, who went 2-for-3 with two runs.

Winters' record now sits at 14-12. As for Durham, their record is now 24-1.

Winters couldn't quite finish off Durham in their previous meeting two weeks ago and fell 4-2. Can the Warriors avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
