Volleyball Recap: Sherman Oaks CES Comes Up Short

The Sherman Oaks CES Knights came up short against the Mendez Jaguars on Saturday and fell 2-0. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sherman Oaks CES' defeat dropped their record down to 9-12. As for Mendez, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 27-12.

Coming up, Sherman Oaks CES will take on Northridge Academy at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Knights are facing the Pumas at the right time seeing as the Pumas are stuck on a 16-game losing streak. As for Mendez, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 1-1 tie against Grant on the 26th.
