Loveland Classical barely beat Golden View Classical Academy the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Lions blew past the Sentinels 3-0 on Monday. The Lions haven't had any issues with the Sentinels recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-14, 25-17.

Loveland Classical was led to victory by Sofia Winters and Faith Filler. Winters had seven digs and one assist, while Filler had four digs and two aces. What's more, Filler posted five assists, the most she's had since back in November of 2024. Andi Novak also deserves some recognition as she had her first kills of the season.

They weren't the only good server: Loveland Classical was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in four consecutive contests.

The victory was their first at home , bumping their record up to 3-7. As for Golden View Classical Academy, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-4.

Looking ahead, Loveland Classical will face off against Addenbrooke Classical Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Golden View Classical Academy, they have already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Lotus School For Excellence on the 23rd.
