Jurupa Hills had lost three games straight , but after bumping their record up to 8-9 on Saturday that streak is in the rearview. They put the hurt on Central with a sharp 10-2 victory. Jurupa Hills might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matchups by six runs or more this season.
Kaylin Olguin made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she tossed seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off nine hits. Olguin was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two RBI.
In other batting news, Jaylin Olguin was incredible, going 2-for-3 with four stolen bases and three runs. That's the most stolen bases she has posted since back in February. Another player making a difference was Sophie Gutierrez, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases and three runs.
As for Central, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-10. That's two games in a row now that they have lost by exactly eight runs.
