Volleyball Recap: Flanagan Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Flanagan took a three-set defeat the last time they faced off against South Broward, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Falcons won by a set and slipped past the Bulldogs 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Falcons have posted against the Bulldogs since April 7, 2021.

Flanagan took South Broward into a fifth set where they got it done with a seven-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-18, 22-25, 19-25, 15-8.

The win (which was Flanagan's third in a row) raised their record to 9-9. As for South Broward, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-10 record this season.

Flanagan wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against West Broward on the 23rd. South Broward does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
