Basketball Game Preview: Corinth Holders Pirates vs. Cleveland Rams

Corinth Holders is 0-10 against Cleveland since December of 2019 but things could change on Friday. The Corinth Holders Pirates will be playing at home against the Cleveland Rams at 7:30 p.m. Corinth Holders has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Corinth Holders is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They took their game on Monday with ease, bagging a 69-24 win over Henderson Collegiate.

Meanwhile, Cleveland came tearing into Saturday's match with eight straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19.9 points) and they left with even more momentum. They strolled past the Trojans with points to spare, taking the game 64-48. While the Rams didn't have the best season last year (they finished 10-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Cleveland's victory bumped their record up to 10-1. As for Corinth Holders, their win bumped their record up to 2-10.

Corinth Holders suffered a grim 81-56 defeat to Cleveland in their previous meeting back in January. Can Corinth Holders avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
