Fort Bend Hightower had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They came out on top against the Stafford Spartans by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Hurricanes, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-19.

Fort Bend Hightower's win bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Stafford, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.

Coincidentally, Fort Bend Hightower and Stafford will both be playing Nimitz the next time they take the court. The Spartans will host the Cougars at 1:10 p.m. on Thursday, while the Hurricanes will play them later in the day, at 4:20 p.m.
