Basketball Recap: Kinston Picks Up Eighth Straight Win at Home

Kinston won the last time they faced Wallace-Rose Hill and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Kinston Vikings secured a 41-35 W over the Wallace-Rose Hill Bulldogs. The 41-point effort marked the Vikings' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Wallace-Rose Hill's loss came despite strong showings from Savannah Smith and Nevaeh Dobson. Smith posted 13 points and six rebounds, while Dobson scored eight points along with six boards and four steals. Dobson has been hot recently, having posted four or more steals the last three times she's played.
