Soccer Recap: Coldwater Comes Up Short

After soaring to five goals the game before, Coldwater was a bit more limited in their matchup on Wednesday. They came up short against the Western Panthers, falling 5-0. If Coldwater were looking for revenge after losing 1-0 to Western when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Coldwater's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Western, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-4.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Coldwater will square off against rival Pennfield at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Western is set to challenge their familiar foe Marshall at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
