Botkins hadn't done well against Jackson Center recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Trojans blew past the Tigers 3-0. This was a revenge game for the Trojans: when they faced off against the Tigers on September 4th, they had to take a 3-1 loss.

While Botkins won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-22, 25-15.

Botkins was led to victory by Kambree Walters and Camryn McPheron. Walters had 15 digs and two assists, while McPheron had six digs and two aces. That's the most aces McPheron has posted over her last six matchups.

Botkins pushed their record up to 8-10 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Jackson Center, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-13.
