Basketball Game Preview: Perry Panthers vs. Wayne County Yellow Jackets

The Perry Panthers will challenge the Wayne County Yellow Jackets at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Both have had a bumpy ride up to this point with eight consecutive losses apiece.

On Tuesday, Perry was beaten by Warner Robins 85-43. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 476th, while the Demons are ranked 68th).

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 92-49, which was the final score in Wayne County's tilt against Ware County on Tuesday.

Perry's defeat dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Wayne County, their loss dropped their record down to 4-12.
