Baseball Recap: Valley Takes a Loss

Thursday just wasn't the day for Valley's offense. They came up short against the Fairfield Falcons on Thursday, falling 14-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Falcons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 13-0 last Tuesday.

This is the second loss in a row for Valley and nudges their season record down to 3-6. As for Fairfield, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 14-4.

Looking ahead, Valley will be playing in front of their home fans against Armijo at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Fairfield, they will welcome Pioneer at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
