Assabet Valley RVT was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the South Colonels. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Colonels this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 two weeks ago.

Assabet Valley RVT's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for South, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-4.

Coming up, Assabet Valley RVT will welcome Southbridge at 4:45 p.m. on Friday. As for South, they are taking a road trip to square off against Burncoat at 4:45 p.m. on Friday.
