Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Circle Christian). They came out on top against the Family Christian Academy Lions by a score of 69-60 on Monday. That's more bragging rights for the Centurions, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Family Christian Academy lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Jaysen Francois, who went 11 of 22 en route to 27 points. Another player making a difference was Julian Cabrera, who went 7 for 12 on his way to 16 points and six rebounds.

Circle Christian's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-7. As for Family Christian Academy, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Circle Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 60-43 loss against Lyman on the 7th. As for Family Christian Academy, they will face off against Calvary Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
