Volleyball Game Preview: Travelers Rest Devildogs vs. Wren Hurricanes + Official Tickets

Travelers Rest is 0-4 against Wren since August of 2019 but things could change on Wednesday. The Devildogs will face off against the Hurricanes at 6:00 p.m.

Travelers Rest lost 3-0 to Pickens on Thursday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-17, 25-15.

Meanwhile, Wren came tearing into Tuesday's contest with six straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Rams by a score of 3-1.

Wren walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-12, 25-18, 22-25, 25-16.

Travelers Rest better keep an eye on Libby Claire Yarborough. She was instrumental in Wren's win, getting 17 digs. Those 17 digs gave Yarborough a new career-high.

Travelers Rest's loss dropped their record down to 8-17-1. As for Wren, their record now sits at 26-6-1.

Travelers Rest couldn't quite get it done against Wren when the teams last played back in October of 2023 as they fell 3-1. Can the Devildogs avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
