Volleyball Recap: Colquitt County Comes Up Short at Home Against Grace Christian Academy

Colquitt County unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They lost 3-0 to the Grace Christian Academy Cougars on Tuesday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

While Colquitt County ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-20, 25-20.

Coming up, Colquitt County will host Baker County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Grace Christian Academy, they will venture away from home to square off against Thomas County Central at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
