Basketball Recap: Glen Rose Takes a Loss

Glen Rose suffered their biggest loss since February 2nd on Thursday. They might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the Jessieville Lions an easy 45-21 win. The contest marked the Beavers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Glen Rose's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Jessieville, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-3.

Glen Rose will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Dierks at 4:30 p.m. on December 31st. Jessieville also won't see the court for a while: their next match is against Atkins at 7:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
