Springtown came tearing into Thursday's match with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Mansfield Summit Jaguars by a score of 2-0.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Springtown was: they took both sets by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-13.

Libby Tedder paced Springtown's offense, picking up ten kills. Tedder got some help from Bailey Walker and her 13 assists. Addy Burtnett controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Springtown's victory bumped their record up to 5-0.

Looking ahead, Springtown will be taking part in a tournament against Midland Legacy at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Mansfield Summit, they will take on Whitehouse in a tournament on Friday.
