On Friday Mitchell Osorio didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched, which was good enough to also set a new career-high in strikeouts. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his fourth in a row with less than two walks. This year, he has an ERA of 3.04 over 25.3 innings pitched.

Looking ahead, Osorio and Orange will look to defend their home field on Saturday against Segerstrom at 11:00 a.m. The Panthers have some work to do to even out the 2-8 series between these two since April of 2016, but a win here would be a good start.
