Volleyball Recap: Woods Cross Comes Up Short

Woods Cross and Bountiful squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Woods Cross had to settle for second. They came up short against the RedHawks, falling 3-0. The Wildcats have struggled against the RedHawks recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Woods Cross' loss dropped their record down to 15-14. As for Bountiful, the victory (which was their 13th in a row) raised their record to 25-4.

Woods Cross has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Cedar Valley on the 9th. As for Bountiful, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Springville on the 9th.
