Basketball Recap: Skagway Skates Past Thorne Bay with Ease

Skagway came tearing into Wednesday's match with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 39.3 points), and they left with even more momentum. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Thorne Bay Wolverines 62-25. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 21 points or more this season.

Skagway's win bumped their record up to 11-4. As for Thorne Bay, they are on a 27-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-11.
