Basketball Game Preview: Dover Crimson Tornadoes vs. Green Bulldogs

The Dover Crimson Tornadoes and the Green Bulldogs will round out the year against one another at at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Dover has three straight wins, Green has five straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

Dover is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They were the clear victor by a 56-34 margin over Madison Comprehensive on Friday. Given the Crimson Tornadoes' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 143rd, while the Rams are ranked 480th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Green came up short against Lake on Friday and fell 44-35.

Dover's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Green, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.

Dover didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Green when the teams last played back in March of 2017, but they still walked away with a 49-45 win. Does Dover have another victory up their sleeve, or will Green turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
