With a playoff win on the line, Trinity Lutheran rose to the challenge on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Crothersville Tigers with a sharp 3-0 win. That's more bragging rights for the Cougars, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Rachel Bonde paced Trinity Lutheran's offense, picking up 14 kills. Bonde got some help from Presley Meyer and her 20 assists. Meyer was also solid from the service line: she led the team with eight aces.

The victory made it two in a row for Trinity Lutheran and bumps their season record up to 17-11. As for Crothersville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-17.

Trinity Lutheran wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Oldenburg Academy on the 18th. Crothersville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
