Baseball Preview: William Penn Bearcats vs. York County Tech Spartans
The William Penn Bearcats will head out on the road to challenge the York County Tech Spartans at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. William Penn will be strutting in after a win while York County Tech will be coming in after a defeat.
Having struggled with five losses in a row, William Penn turned things around against Steelton-Highspire on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Steamrollers with a sharp 19-3 victory.
Jhemsen Vazques was a standout: he went 2-for-3 with three runs and three RBI. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high. Roosevert Ramos was another key player, going 1-for-2 with four RBI and two runs.
