Baseball Recap: North's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak on the Road

After flying high against Heights on Wednesday, North came back down to earth. The RedHawks came up short against the West Pioneers on Monday, falling 11-3. Unfortunately, that's the first time they've come up short against the Pioneers this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-1 defeat on Monday.

North saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Misael Ibarra, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

North's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-5. As for West, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 9-5.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Pioneers beat North by a score of 3-1 later that day.
