The Fletcher Senators's three-game losing streak came to an end on Friday. They secured a 40-34 W over ED White. For Fletcher, this counts as revenge for the 76-73 defeat ED White walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January.
Leading Fletcher to victory were McCarthy Crenshaw and Ryder Kay. Crenshaw scored 11 points, while Kay scored 9 points along with 5 rebounds and 3 steals. That makes it two consecutive games in which Crenshaw has scored at least 25% of Fletcher's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Dj Rivera, who scored 9 points.
The victory got Fletcher back to even at 3-3. As for ED White, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.
Fletcher will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Episcopal School of Jacksonville at 7:00 p.m. on December 12th. Episcopal School of Jacksonville presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Fletcher in Florida (Episcopal School of Jacksonville is ranked 30th, while Fletcher is ranked 349th). As for ED White, they have the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Sandalwood at 7:00 p.m. on December 12th. Sandalwood and ED White are at an even 3-3 over their past six head-to-heads.
