Soccer Recap: North Rowan Takes a Loss

North Rowan pushed their score to one the last time they played East Davidson, but on Wednesday they couldn't quite do it again. The North Rowan Cavaliers fell 2-0 to the East Davidson Golden Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cavaliers of the 10-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

North Rowan's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2-1. As for East Davidson, the victory snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 2-6 record.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Rowan will take on South Davidson at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for East Davidson, they will head out on the road to square off against Southwestern Randolph at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. East Davidson is facing Southwestern Randolph at the right time seeing as Southwestern Randolph is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
