Softball Preview: Seton Conquistadors vs. Osbourn Eagles
The Seton Conquistadors will head out on the road to take on the Osbourn Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Seton's favor is that they have posted big run totals in their last three matchups.
Last Friday, it was a hard-fought contest, but Seton had to settle for a 14-13 defeat against Miller School of Albemarle.
Catherine Witter made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored five runs and stole five bases while going 4-for-5. She continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Elisabeth Reese, who went 3-for-4 with five RBI, a triple, and a run.
Osbourn lost 14-4 to Patriot on Tuesday.
