Volleyball Recap: Stagg Find Success

Stagg had to kick off their season on the road on Saturday, but they showed no ill effects. They came out on top against the Millennium Falcons by a score of 2-0.

Paul Larwood paced Stagg's offense, picking up four kills. Larwood got some help from Evan Sun and his four assists. Larwood was also a major player on defense: he and he shared the team lead in blocks, finishing with two each.

Millennium is on an 18-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Stagg didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Turlock on the 1st. As for Millennium, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Franklin on the 1st.
