West Central won the last time they faced Argos and things went their way on Monday too. The Trojans put the hurt on the Dragons with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Trojans.

West Central's got stronger as the match went on, holding Argos to fewer and fewer points set over set. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-16, 25-11.

West Central's offense was headlined by Alana Kasten and Asa Moon, who picked up seven kills apiece. They got some help from Tenley Bohlinger and her 19 assists. Kasten was also solid from the service line: she led the team with ten aces.

The victory got West Central back to even at 11-11. As for Argos, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-15.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. West Central will head out to square off against North Newton at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Argos, they will venture away from home to challenge Oregon-Davis at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
