Harlan came tearing into  Friday's  contest with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Taft Raiders with a sharp  3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won  3-0  back in September.
 One reason for the win was Harlan's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-18,  25-15.
 Harlan found their leader in freshman  Violet Garza, who  had 11  digs and one assist.
Harlan's victory bumped their record up to 33-6. As for Taft,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 23-14.
 Harlan wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  match,  a  3-0  win against Warren on the 21st. As for Taft, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  matchup,  a  3-0  loss against Brennan on the 21st.
