Pitman had won seven straight at home, but on Tuesday they bumped up to 26-9 to make it eight. They put the hurt on the Turlock Bulldogs with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 on October 2nd.

Leading Pitman to victory were Aila Reich and Nicoletta Dowd. Reich had 20 digs and two aces, while Dowd had four aces and three digs. Reich has been hot, having posted ten or more digs the last eight times she's played.

As for Turlock, their loss ended a five-match streak of away wins and brought them to 22-10. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat they have suffered since August 26th.

Several Bulldogs players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Audrey Mensonides, who had 13 digs. Another player making a difference was Bella Green, who had 17 assists and six digs.

As of now, neither Pitman nor Turlock have any future games scheduled.
