Softball Recap: Spaulding Comes Up Short

Spaulding was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 12-0 to the Bellows Free Academy Bobwhites/Comets. The Crimson Tide were not able to make up for their defeat to the Bobwhites/Comets from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Spaulding's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Bellows Free Academy, they pushed their record up to 2-0 with the victory, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Spaulding has already played their next match (against Williamstown), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Bellows Free Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 14-0 win against St. Johnsbury Academy on the 24th.
