Basketball Recap: Fairborn Takes a Loss

Fairborn was the 49-38 winner over Troy when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The match between the Fairborn Skyhawks and the Troy Trojans didn't end well, with the Fairborn Skyhawks falling 37-23. The game marked the Skyhawks' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Fairborn has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-9 record this season. As for Troy, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fairborn will square off against Xenia at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Troy, they will challenge Piqua at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Troy is facing Piqua at the right time seeing as Piqua is stuck on a nine-game losing streak.
