Volleyball Recap: Norwalk Gets the Win

Norwalk had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They had just enough and edged out the Millikan Rams 3-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lancers.

Norwalk had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 18-25, 25-17, 25-18, 15-9.

Norwalk pushed their record up to 24-11 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. As for Millikan, their loss dropped their record down to 12-14.

Looking ahead, Norwalk will be playing in front of their home fans against El Toro at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Millikan does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
