Volleyball Recap: Fort Wayne Snider Makes It 17 in a Row at Home

Fort Wayne Snider had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Norwell on Friday. The Panthers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Knights. The victory was nothing new for the Panthers as they're now sitting on four straight.

One reason for the win was Fort Wayne Snider's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-18, 25-11.

Leading Fort Wayne Snider to victory were Myo Ko and Pau Lak. Ko had 12 digs and six aces, while Lak had 29 assists. Lak has been hot for a while, having posted 15 or more assists the last 20 times he's played.

They weren't the only good server: Fort Wayne Snider was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 16 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least seven aces in five consecutive contests.
