Baseball Recap: Dibble Comes Up Short

Dibble and Cashion squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Dibble had to settle for second. They came up short against the Wildcats, falling 10-0. The Demons were red-hot at the plate heading into the match (they scored no less than ten runs in the three games prior), but the Wildcats' pitchers proved too tough.

The defeat snapped Dibble's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 27-7 record. As for Cashion, they are on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 32-5 record this season.
