Recap: Sussex Tech Ravens vs. Parkside Rams
The Sussex Tech Ravens's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their third straight loss. They suffered a rough 54-32 loss at the hands of Parkside.
Parkside was led to victory by Zion Oge and Diamond Dixon . Oge scored 16 points along with nine rebounds, while Dixon scored 20 points along with six rebounds and six steals. The matchup was Oge's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Talayah Clark was another key contributor, scoring four points along with 11 rebounds and three blocks.
Sussex Tech now has a losing record at 3-4. As for Parkside, their victory was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-1.
Sussex Tech will take on Delmar at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Delaware (Delmar is ranked 32nd, while Sussex Tech is ranked 26th). As for Parkside, they will head out on the road to face off against Snow Hill at 6:00 p.m. on January 5th.
