Baseball Recap: Salado Eagles vs. Sterling Rangers

Salado never got on the board in their matchup on Friday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Sterling on Friday. Everything went their way against the Sterling Rangers as they made off with a 12-5 win. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Eagles' hitters, who had struggled in the games prior.

Brayden Naegele was excellent, going 1-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. That triple was his first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jacob Preston, who scored two runs while going 1-for-1.
