Soccer Recap: Veritas Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Veritas Christian Academy lost against Trinity Christian back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Lions came up short against the Trailblazers, falling 7-0. While losing is never fun, Veritas Christian Academy can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey soccer rankings (they are ranked 358th, while Trinity Christian are ranked 142nd).

This is the second loss in a row for Veritas Christian Academy and nudges their season record down to 4-9-1. As for Trinity Christian, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-2.

Veritas Christian Academy has already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Calvary Academy on the 21st. As for Trinity Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, an 8-0 win against American Christian School on the 21st.
