It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Ellsworth can now relate to. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Beloit Trojans on Saturday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bearcats of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture on October 8th.

Ellsworth was the model of consistency in the loss, scoring 12 points in every single set they played. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-12.

Alexis Moore paced Ellsworth's offense, picking up five kills. Moore got some help from Reagan Hansen and her seven assists. Finally, Moore was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high two blocks.
