Volleyball Recap: Boyd-Buchanan Victorious + How To Watch

Boyd-Buchanan proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by three) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won by a set and slipped past the Walker Valley Mustangs 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Buccaneers have posted since September 6, 2024.

Boyd-Buchanan had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 22-25, 27-25, 16-14.

Boyd-Buchanan's victory bumped their record up to 9-10. As for Walker Valley, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-13.

Boyd-Buchanan didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Ooltewah on the 18th. As for Walker Valley, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Meigs County on the 20th.
