Manteca dropped down to 12-7 on Thursday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins. They fell 13-0 to the East Union Lancers. The shutout was out of character for the Buffaloes seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in September.

As for East Union, they pushed their record up to 15-5 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 3.2 points on average over those games.

The critical scores for East Union came from Larissa Harries and Avina Harrington.

While Manteca had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
