Basketball Recap: Scottsboro Takes a Loss

Scottsboro was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a hard 54-39 fall against the Chelsea Hornets. The contest marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Scottsboro's loss dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Chelsea, the win snapped their losing streak at six games and leaves them with a 5-10 record.

Scottsboro won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Central at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Chelsea, they and Guntersville will face off at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played.
