Ky Portz had another great game (as he tends to do), dropping a triple-double with 31 points, ten boards, and ten steals for Marissa/Coulterville. Those 31 points gave Portz a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Tyler Chandler, who shot 61% from the field en route to 24 points and three steals.

Valmeyer's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Marissa/Coulterville, the win got them back to even at 3-3.
