Basketball Game Preview: Greece Arcadia Titans vs. Brighton Bruins

The Greece Arcadia Titans will venture away from home to face off against the Brighton Bruins at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Greece Arcadia has three straight wins, Brighton has eight straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

Last Thursday, Greece Arcadia didn't have too much trouble with Edison Tech as they won 48-32. That looming 48-32 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Titans yet this season.

Meanwhile, Brighton ended up a good deal behind Webster Thomas on Friday and lost 46-30. While losing is never fun, the Bruins can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 458th, while the Titans are ranked 216th).

Brighton's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Greece Arcadia, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.

Greece Arcadia took a serious blow against Brighton in their previous matchup back in December of 2021, falling 54-8. Can Greece Arcadia avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
